Product Returns
All sales are final. The customer has the right to return the product for a refund providing the customer has notified Interactive Sport Inc in advance via email within seven (7) days of receiving the product(s). Products must be returned in tact with all original packaging return shipping and insurance pre-paid. Interactive Sport Inc reserves the right to inspect returned goods and adjust the refunded amount to compensate for any missing items, damage, wear or evidence of incorrect use. Refund will be in form of store credit or a refund applied to the credit card used to make the original purchase. No cash refunds are provided.

DVD Warranty
Interactive Sport Inc warrants the DVD to be free of defects in materials and faulty workmanship under normal use for a period of thirty days after purchase. If a defect is discovered in the DVD during this warranty period, a replacement DVD can be obtained at no charge by returning the defective DVD, postage prepaid. (This warranty does not cover damage caused by deliberate or accidental misuse of the DVD). Please request a RMA before returning any product.

Clothing Warranty
Interactive Sport Inc warrants the clothing items are free from defaults in materials and faulty workmanship under normal use for a period of 30 days after purchase. If a defect is discovered in the clothing item during this warranty period, a replacement item of the same size and color can be obtained at no charge by returning the defective item, postage prepaid. (This warranty does not cover the wear and tear expected of heavy use items such as Judo Gis ). Please request a RMA before returning any product.

Miscellaneous
The Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Interactive Sport Inc. with respect to this Website. The Terms and Conditions supercede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written between you and Interactive Sport Inc. with respect to this Website. No modification of the Terms and Conditions shall be effective unless it is authorized by Interactive Sport Inc.
